Conversion of listed building into 106 room contemporary hotel

Bas2Stay is a new concept in hotels providing boutique apartment style hotels. We worked on the conversion of the Liverpool listed building to their latest concept hotel in Liverpool's bohemian Ropeworks district.
Working together with Blenheim House Construction at the design stage of the contract, we helped with design input and value engineering to meet budget requirements.
Partitions and drylinings were installed to achieve high standards of acoustic performance along with fire resistant integrity. The company also undertook finishing and plastering works and installed a variety of suspended ceilings.
As befits a boutique hotel all works were completed maintaining high standards of craftsmanship and achieving a quality finish.
