Building Schools for the Future (BSF) programme
PROJECT: Brumby Engineering College
MAIN CONTRACTOR: May Gurney
North Lincolnshire Council has secured £90m to rebuild and modernise secondary schools in Scunthorpe.
CSH Interiors were required to carry out drylining, partitions, suspended ceilings, acoustic wall linings and acoustic beam encasements to meet specific design criteria.
Work has been carried out over several buildings including both new build and refurbishment of existing buildings to meet the phased handover to allow students to move from older premises to new state of the art facilities.
- Ecophon products were used to meet the acoustic requirements for suspended ceilings, acoustic wall linings and acoustic beam encasements.
- Ecophon Gedina A, Wall Panel A Super G, Wall Panel C Super G and Hygiene Meditec C1 used throughout.
- British Gypsum products have been used for the installation of partitions, drylining and plastering to all phases of this project.
Our expertise and advice has been invaluable for the designers to integrate their concepts within a practical framework which has led to the award of further contracts on BSF programme for Scunthorpe.
