Andrew has worked in the construction industry for over 23 years in various commercial roles the last 12 years of which have been in senior management positions most recently as Commercial Director for a leading national off site construction company. Having gained a broad depth of commercial and strong management experience at a variety of construction organisations Andrew's primary functions are to grow the business by increasing our client base, increasing turnover and providing leadership to the rest of the management team. Andrew holds a degree in Quantity Surveying from Leeds Metropolitan University and is a Corporate Member of the Chartered Institute of Building.

Martyn has over 30 years experience working within the construction industry, across various sectors and levels. He joined CSH Interiors as a Quantity Surveyor in 1986 and has since progressed to Director. His primary role is the commercial management of Large Works projects as well as directing and supporting the Contracts Managers and site teams to ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget.

Gary has over 33 years experience within the construction industry and joined CSH Interiors in 1989 as Contracts Manager.  Gary is now the Director responsible for our Small Works division and has overall responsibility for estimating, planning, implementation and financial completion of projects.

Peter has gained considerable knowledge of the construction industry having worked in various sectors throughout his 38 year career.

Upon completion of studies at Leicester School of Architecture Peter started his career at Stilsound Ceilings running the drawing office, progressing to buyer and then estimator.

Peter then worked at SAS as Senior Estimator before moving to CSH Interiors in 1992. His primary role within the Company is senior estimator for large contracts and major projects.

He also works closely with the other Directors to assist in obtaining future contracts.
